My package is missing but marked as “Delivered”.

If you can't find your package that is marked as “delivered” in the tracking information, please confirm the shipping address, check for an attempted delivery notice, search the delivery location, ask if neighbors received it (if it is safe to do so), contacting the carrier, and allow 48 hours for late delivery. If you still haven't received your package, please contact us within 30 days and we'll assist you in every way possible.
